Wheat Flour, Pork, Sugar, Pork Fat, Turnip, Shortening (contains E321),

Soy Sauce (contains E150, E211), Oyster Sauce (contains E621, E631, E150, E270, E211), Ginger Extract, Onion, Spring Onion, Tapioca Starch, Seasoning (contains E631, E627, E332, E340, E324, E334, E330), Dry Yeast, Sesame Oil, Shallot Oil, Pepper, Ammonium Bicarbonate, E282, Palm Olein and Rice Wine

Preparation

STEAM

Remove wrapper. Steam direct in packing tray (PP material) over boiling water for 8-10 minutes.


AIR FRY / DEEP FRY

Remove wrapper and pau paper. Air fry at 180°C for 8-10 minutes or deep fry till golden brown.


Heating time may vary, depending on appliance used.
