Succulent skinless chicken thigh meat, marinated in Canton-style Char Siew sauce, roasted the traditional way. Made using pau dough instead of bread dough. Our pau’s skin is soft and supple with a delicate texture, its thinner skin allows a more generous portion of filling.
Great for breakfast and tea time.
Ingredients
Wheat Flour, Chicken, Sugar, Tapioca Starch, Oyster Sauce (contains E621, E631, E150, E270, E211), Shortening (contains E321), Palm Olein, Special Dark Soybean Sauce (contains E150, E200), Coriander, Onion, Soy Sauce (contains E211), Sesame Oil, Dry Yeast, Salt, Chicken Powder (contains E635), Pepper, Yeast Extract, E282, Ammonium Bicarbonate and Colour (E110, E122)

Preparation
STEAM
Remove wrapper. Steam direct in packing tray (PP material) over boiling water for 8-10 minutes.
AIR FRY / DEEP FRY
Remove wrapper and pau paper. Air fry at 180°C for 8-10 minutes or deep fry till golden brown.
Heating time may vary, depending on appliance used.
