Premium lotus seed blended with green beans and lightly sweetened - makes for a smooth, heavenly taste. Made using pau dough instead of bread dough. Our pau’s skin is soft and supple with a delicate texture, its thinner skin allows a more generous portion of filling.
Great for breakfast and tea time.
Ingredients
Wheat Flour, Green Bean Paste, Sugar, Shortening (contains E321), Dry Yeast, Palm Olein, Ammonium Bicarbonate, E282 and Colour (E110, E122)

Preparation
STEAM
Remove wrapper. Steam direct in packing tray (PP material) over boiling water for 8-10 minutes.
AIR FRY / DEEP FRY
Remove wrapper and pau paper. Air fry at 180°C for 8-10 minutes or deep fry till golden brown.
Heating time may vary, depending on appliance used.
