Delectable juicy diced chicken chunks with crunchy turnip bits, well-seasoned in oyster sauce. Made using pau dough instead of bread dough. Our pau’s skin is soft and supple with a delicate texture, its thinner skin allows a more generous portion of filling.

Great for breakfast and tea time.

Ingredients

Wheat Flour, Chicken, Sugar, Oyster Sauce (contains E621, E1442, E150a), Spring Onion, Turnip, Shortening (contains E321), Ginger Extract, Tapioca Starch, Light Soy Sauce (contains E211), Shallot Oil, Shallot, Seasoning (contains E631, E627, E332, E340, E327, E334, E330), Dry Yeast, Sesame Oil, Palm Olein, Pepper, Special Dark Soybean Sauce (contains E150, E200), Ammonium Bicarbonate, E282, and Salt

Preparation

STEAM

Remove wrapper. Steam direct in packing tray (PP material) over boiling water for 8-10 minutes.


AIR FRY / DEEP FRY

Remove wrapper and pau paper. Air fry at 180°C for 8-10 minutes or deep fry till golden brown.


Heating time may vary, depending on appliance used.
